The interview process itself was structured and smooth overall.
The process included:
- Initial recruiter screening call
- First technical interview with product and engineering team members
- Second technical interview with product and engineering leadership
- Final behavioral/culture-fit discussion with the CEO and Head of HR
The interviewers were professional, and the conversations were engaging and insightful throughout the stages.
The main challenge was around post-interview communication and timeline clarity. After successfully completing all interview stages, I received multiple reassurances over a period of about two months that the process was progressing positively and that onboarding/offer delays were internal timing issues. There were also periodic follow-up calls to reassure me that I remained successful in the process.
However, after this extended period, I eventually had to proactively request a clearer update before being informed that the recruitment process would not proceed further at the time.
From conversations with others who interviewed there, this appears to have been a recurring experience for some candidates. Based on that, I would advise prospective candidates to manage expectations around timelines, particularly if they are actively seeking opportunities with immediate or near-term start dates.
Overall, the interview experience itself was positive, but clearer communication and more transparent timelines after final-stage completion would significantly improve the candidate experience.
