Creative Repute interview questions

I applied online and was contacted two weeks later about scheduling an interview for the following week. The person that I interviewed with was easy to talk to, very positive, friendly, and asked appropriate questions. I was asked situational questions, like - how do I manage multiple tasks, stay organized and problem solve. Then he pulled in another person to interview me and she seemed to want me to ask her a lot questions and then hear what I thought. I sent a thank you email immediately after and followed up a week later and was told that they decided to go with another candidate.
