I was referred by someone who works at CAA. I went through about three stages, first a casual phone call conversation with HR, a zoom with someone from mailroom, then a in person interview with head of mailroom.

Know your favorite writers, directors, movies, etc. They will quiz you on what you know about the agency and your favorite ppl in the industry. Come prepared with questions as well to demonstrate your interest

Interview
Two interviews. The first one is very informal and chill, the second one is more formal but lasts very little, about 15 minutes. They ask you why CAA if you want to be an agent, and then basic interview questions.
