The general feeling of the interview was more like a conversation with the current employee and hiring manager.

I interviewed a recruiter via Teams. Although my video was on, the recruiter said she couldn't see it. I could sense this technical confusion negatively impacted my interview. I followed up via email to thank her for her team but never heard back.

Really speedy and got the offer in good time. Due to the time required to fill the role, I had my interview on Wednesday, 2nd interview on Thursday and got the offer on Friday! Super happy.
