Interview
Multiple rounds very quickly and then when you think you might be advancing you’re ghosted. I spoke with six people at separate times and was not even given the courtesy of an email before the job was reposted. Not very professional and doesn’t speak well to what you might experience as an employee.
Very unclear 1st interview process as to whether it was to be a phone or video interview. HR Manager sounded very short and curt. No warmth or personality. Vague job description. Said the next step would be for a department manager to speak with me. I followed up for 2 weeks with the HR Manager, no response. Finally got a canned rejection. It was a very strange interview experience and didn't get a great read on the company, so I wasn't really upset that I didn't go further.
