Very easy, as long as you ask questions about the job you'll get a second interview and if you come across as outgoing you will get the job. Be prepared to wait as the interviews don't happen on time. There were two people waiting while I was interviewing. The first interview is about 15 minutes long and the 2nd interview is was about 2 hours long.
