Interview
I walked in one day to fill out an application. Everybody was very friendly and sat me down to finish my application. The general manager came out after I completed my application and interviewed me then and there. I was asked if I would do a background check and could start next week.
Easy peasy. Came in for interview on a Saturday morning and was working the following Wednesday. Mainly consisted of availability and knowledge with a register. Reviewed compensation and went over the Star system.

Interview
Very easy process as it was resume-based with a few life questions. Questions pertain to what makes you a good candidate. Also questioned past experiences. Overall very easy interview process.
Interview went ok, felt too chaotic because it was in the restaurant. The biggest take away is to go ahead and ask for more than what you think because you will probably get it.
