      Office Assistant Interview

      Jun 25, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Tucson, AZ
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cpsa (Tucson, AZ) in Sep 2012

      Interview

All applications are submitted online. When you are called for an interview plan to arrive early as parking may not be easily accessible to the entrance. Once you check in with a receptionist you will likely wait a bit for someone to arrive and escort you to your interview, which will be with 2-4 individuals - usually a supervisor and 1-2 employees in that department. There will be a dozen or so set questions. Just relax because what they're looking for is if they like you. Your credentials have already been screened. All that matters at this point is if the chemistry is good! And of course, that you're not a complete idiot. :)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't recall any difficult questions. They are usually in the range of "how are you with X tasks?" and "how have you handled a situation like X in the past?"
