I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2014
Interview
One interview with potential on-the-floor supervisor. Though it seems that they are hiring through temp agencies. But, basically, you're just asked a series of situational questions. Then, they will ask why should we hire you and so on..Based of the answers an if you sound like a good fit then, most likely you'll be getting a call. One thing to keep in mind this department wants revenue revenue revenue.

Interview
Applied, then a couple days later I received an assessment email and the next day I had a phone interview and after the conversation I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. It feels like an interrogation setting with a group panel taking notes.
