first was great, but then they want to do another hour long one.. i didnt understand why i had to be asked the same questions again. did not do follow up for the 2nd - 1 hour long interview with 2 managers

2 interviews. 1 over the phone, 2 live via teams. Personable questions we're asked. The schedule was mentioned as well. You had to be fine with having a set schedule that you have the opportunity to change annually. It was remote over the phone work.
Tried to put you into a box and label you and categorize you in about 15 minutes. Dress code too serious for the work you’re doing. Not a company I would work for!
