I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cowboy Bail Bonds (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process is long. I did a phone interview, and then a video interview. After that it was a recorded video interview with a web cam. And then 2 in person interviews. I get the need to have qualified canidates, but that can be exhausting and overkill. Not to mention a waste of someone's time if they end up not being hired. That's 5 interviews 1 person has to go through. 5 interviews that could have been spent looking at other businesses.

Interview
After filling out a lengthy online application I was sent a link to record a video interview. After completing the video interview I was given an interview over the phone. After the phone interview I had two more interviews and two tests to measure my mathematical abilities.

Interview
Interview witht the owner was very informal, which is a good thing. Puts you at ease with the company. You then have to take a skills test which is not difficult but kind of gives you an idea on what to expect with the job. Alot of smoke and mirrors and empty promises from the owners.
