I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Covidien in May 2010
Interview
Very disorganized interview process. I had to come back multiple times to interview with the group I was scheduled to interview with. Ultimately they were nice people, but not a strong focus on making a good impression.

Question 1
Each interviewer had their own format - some behavioral, some case format. The lack of a standard made it a more challenging.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Covidien (Boulder, CO) in May 2015
Interview
very short and well designed, good first impression with a good phone screening. This lead to an in person interview with the hiring manager. I had to contact the hiring manager directly - I did not get anywhere when submitting my resume online. Be sure to find someone who can get you to the right person.
Screening call from HR, followed by on-site interview for a full day with an agenda with 6 different people. Six people ranged from peers to stakeholders, and direct boss and his boss. They all had basically the same standard interview questions. It was intense but not difficult. The question all of them asked was "walk me through your resume".
