Interview
Upon my rate negotiation attempt, I received no response and instead had the offer revoked. I was confused by the apparent refusal to engage in discourse, as I’d had a very enjoyable interview process with Sofia. Ultimately, this response showed that I’d made the right decision in accepting the offer with their competitor. I wouldn’t recommend working with a company that 1) struggles to see the value experienced professionals bring and 2) struggles to respond in a professional manner to a reasonable and polite request for consideration.

Interview
Interviewer was friendly, and provided good information about what the job entails. Interviewer asked relevant questions in order to probe whether I was qualified and a good fit for the job. Interviewer did not seem overly judgmental, and was professional.
