Interview
Was called within a week after close date. Had a mini phone interview and discussed my qualifications and experiences. Came for a onsite interview a few days late. It was the most unusual I have ever attended. I was greeted warmly by the elderly receptionist and given a tour. The interviewer wore a type of casual track pant and faded sweater. She sat with her chair half turned away from me and her arms folded across the front of her like she was frozen cold. She ask some very typical library questions but then she would rambled on about the last worker and all their shortcomings. She would ask a question but answer it before I had a chance to respond. How long will it take you to commute here? We didn't like that the other person had to commute.
