Make sure that you ask all the questions that you have about the position and the career path at cSubs. The interview process is short, but they will let you know yes or no right away. They will bring you into the conference room with just the HR person to answer questions and talk about your survey. The survey asks about hobbies and volunteering. Then they will bring in the account managers to meet you and chat with you about your past experiences. They will discuss yes or no do they want to hire you, immediately after they leave the room, so if you want to potentially work there make a good impression and be personable and outgoing.
