Countdown New Zealand interview questions

Was simple and a few video assessments online. You then get a call from the manager asking to do an induction. Very simple standard interview questions about cusyomer serbice experience

This is for Gizzy countdown. Ridiculous amount of time and effort required when applying to work at a place like Countdown. I spent long enough trying to say Woolworths rather than the latter in my recorded AI interview and that was after having to painfully type out various scenarios and details about myself to the same AI system just to progress. So cool, got that and my recorded interview out of the way. Thought I had no luck as it took about a week to hear back from WW and that email was about ANOTHER interview in person. So I attend the only date and time allocated for the interview looking presentable and prepared to answer any questions. But as soon as I step through the managers door, I'm met by one MISERABLE, unruly looking woman, the actual manager and another woman who is far more neatly presented and nicer, who actually bothers to acknowledge me rather than stare me down and then ignore me altogether. And I tell you, this whole ordeal is something that could be sorted out over the phone. Question explains more of my experience, but yeah overall not great.
