I filled out an application and then I had an interview. The interview was just a phone interview with the store manager. I was asked questions about how I hand multiple tasks and how I work with customers.
The interview process was fast and straightforward. The environment was comfortable and welcoming, which made it easier to relax and not feel too nervous. The interviewer was friendly and explained the role clearly, making the whole experience smooth.
Easy interview. Just had to be expressive and emphasize working with a team. Had to call to ensure I got the position after a week so just be persistent if you don’t hear back.

"I did a walk-in interview at Cotton On in KL for a part-time sales associate role. The process was quick and casual. I informed a staff member I was there for the interview, and the store manager met with me shortly after. The interview felt more like a friendly chat—they asked about my availability, why I wanted to join Cotton On, and how I’d handle typical retail situations. It lasted around 15–20 minutes, and they mentioned they’d follow up if I was selected.
