Very long, the salon was busy, what should’ve felt like a 30 min interview was extended to a two hour interview due to lack of staff and running back and forth to ask me interview questions.

Practical, 3 hair cuts on a mannequin and then an interview with the manager. This is really a good place to build your confidence as a stylist because of the sheer volume of customers.
