I had both the Store Manager and General Manager ask me questions. The SM read straight from an interview log as though she'd never given an interview. Made little eye contact, however was a very sweet woman. DM was straight to the point about the job details.

Over the phone and fairly easy. The hiring manager at the time was nice and made the interview comfortable. She asked me about my work history and why I was currently looking for work.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
