      Technical Lead Interview

      Feb 18, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dublin, Dublin
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Corvil (Dublin, Dublin)

      Interview

Three step interview with non interesting questions. Two online face to face. One online test. Interviewer was demotivating. This company gives the impression that they have to call a specific and minimum number of people for interview and not necessarily attempt to hire them. It seems to be an internal policy of invite as many as you can and let us see. I believe selection should be more serious and hiring goal oriented, not only to touch the water and see what is out there.
