Usually hiring step is interview with some middle manager, after that CEO approves/disapproves and HR make paperwork. No tests, assignments, nothing is required

Question 1

Read a lot about Boris Miksic. Egocentric CEO whose purpose of life is to be adored. Other than that you wanna say that you are familiar with plastic extruders, that you know what VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) is. Flagship product is VpCI-126 Blue: Corrosion inhibitor additive impregnated in plastic film though blown film extrusion. Find out what is VIA corrosion test.
