My process was different than usual. I ended up having a series of phone calls with the owner of the company. I set up an interview to meet with him but ended up in a car accident the morning of the interview I was beyond upset and called to let him know that I wouldn't be able to make it along with the reason why. He was very concerned for my well being and decided to offer me the job based on the conversations we had prior. GREAT guy!!! I can't say enough about him!
