I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Corpay (Loudoun Valley) in Dec 2025
Interview
I recently experienced what appeared to be a fraudulent “interview” process for a remote Implementation Manager role claiming to be with Corpay.
The process began with a pre‑screen questionnaire, followed by a lengthy written assessment conducted entirely over email. The communication came from what looked like a legitimate company address -- no misspellings in the email or company URL, etc., but the sender was evasive when asked to provide a valid phone number.
After my questionnaire was “approved,” I expected a virtual meeting with a recruiter or hiring manager. Instead, I was immediately sent an offer letter with pay details and contract terms. The letter was signed under the name of a company executive, but upon verification, that person was not affiliated with Corpay.
To be clear, I did not share any sensitive personal information beyond a résumé. My concern is that the completed questionnaire could be misused to fabricate other bogus positions claiming to represent Corpay.
I am posting this review to alert both Corpay and potential applicants: please be cautious if you encounter similar communications. Authentic hiring processes should include direct contact with a recruiter or manager, not just questionnaires and email exchanges. Unfortunately, there are bad actors who attempt to mislead and commit fraud in today’s job market.
