Interview
Very Thorough, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. The process was this: I applied online and then followed up with HR Dept. who was very friendly and helpful. I then had phone interview with Management, who was also very friendly. He then invited me to a personal interview, which consisted of questions of past experiences, then a one on one with a member of the sales team, then role playing session with two people listening, then interview with upper Management, then an offer was extended.

Interview
I felt like the interview was a competition with the person who was interviewing me. When I spoke of what I've done and accomplished throughout my career the director's responses were weird and sarcastic; she made the interview about herself. It was the first time I experienced that, but I knew instantly what I was dealing with.

Don't remember I was so not impressed with the company, I just needed a job long enough to find a good position so I could carrying on with my Sales Career; which I have now done!
