Interview
I applied on a Wednesday and by the next week had an interview scheduled. Rather than multiple rounds of interviews, I met with the CEO (owner) and Commerical & Personal lines supervisors. Overall, I feel the interview was quick and uninformative on what the actual day to day job tasks/responsibilities would be.
Upbeat & exciting! Interviewer explained the company and seemed happy & excited to be part of the team. Longevity with the company was highlighted & many employees had 10+ years of service.
