I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CornerStone Management Concepts (New Brunswick, NJ) in Nov 2017
Interview
You're typical scheme. There is nothing wrong with sales or door to door sales. But their ambiguous ads and false promises are not only insulting but deceitful. I recieved 3 voicemails and 8 calls within two days after applying. Here is a lesson folks and fellow recent college grads, a real job you fight for not the other way around. This sounds like a churn n' burn job where they promise desperate kids the world, in a few months they realize the lies and leave. If you want to get into sales do anything else. Insurance, cars or just something. Run away. The name of the company and role is all lies.

Interview
Went to first interview. It was short but very vague. Felt as though they were giving me a run around, not specifically telling me what the job duties were.

Interview
I received a call a day or two after applying. The receptionist promptly scheduled a time that was convenient for me to come in to meet with the interviewer. The interview went very well. They were looking someone to come in at an entry level marketing position and work their way up. They were very up front about the process, which I was not expecting! I was told that you start out with training and residential sales until you meet a certain goal. Once that is met, you're promoted. I was told that it takes people from a month to three months to finish this process. I really appreciated their honesty – they told me that this position isn't somewhere you stay long term, it's more like a formality/probation period. The company culture seemed really great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was invited to come in for a second interview, but I had some personal issues come up and could not make it. Overall, it was a really great interview experience.
