Read from a script. No personality. Even though I was required to take a personality test.
Much of their hiring process is gated and content oriented towards hiring an employee at 20% below competitive market rate. Digital marketing specialist with the skills required should at minimum make 55k. But what they are asking is minimum wage work. No incentives only "perks"
