1. GD ROUND — it's common and as usual they will give you one topic and ask you to prepare you though in 2 mins or given time frame, then summaries it and speak when you get your turn
2. VIRTUAL INTERVIEW — here basically they try to understand whether you fit or not in role
3. CASE BASED INTERVIEW — All the case based questions revolves around sales, like if a student is interested in buying but not sure whether to buy it or not and replied that he need time to think, what would you do in that case...etc
Optional but sometimes there are telephonic interview before the GD

All the questions was easy and average level, like introduce yourself, why you are applying for this particular role or company, what do you understand about our business...etc all the questions basically revolves around sales, cause the fancy job name doesn't really matter, end of the day your selling courses and completing your target.
The interview was really easy though they only want people to call and make their products buy. Once you feel to get off their job, they'll harass you especially the HR'S who have no other work and its really a bad company
