Resumes check via the hr team , than they take a telephonic interview over call , than HR round is conducted through manager for hiring team the offer letter recieved via mail

First round was a group discussion with common topics like online shopping vs offline shopping etc
Second round was a one on one interview with various situational questions like how would you explain red to a blind person??.
