I went through lengthy interview process at Corient and want to share my experience for other candidates.
Some interviewers were friendly, but the overall process was slow and disorganized. I had to constantly follow up for updates, a lack of communication that, I later noticed, is a pattern echoed in many former employee reviews on here.
The interview questions were telling, where multiple people asked and focused on handling management miscommunication and dealing with difficult personalities, which in hindsight felt less like behavioral screening and more like a warning of what was to come.
The process reached its conclusion in a way I did not expect. After going through every stage and receiving positive response, the opportunity was suddenly no longer available, and the timing was questionable given the circumstances leading up to it.
I'd encourage candidates to pay close attention to how a company communicates and makes decisions during the hiring process. It is often a reflection of the culture you'd be stepping into.
