The process took 2 weeks. 2 rounds of interview and the interviewers are great! They really want get to know you as a person and your work. Very welcoming people and really shows the firm cares for its employees!

What’s your favorite phase when working on a project. Concept, SD, DD OR CD?
It was good. I went through two rounds. the second round, the architect didn't ask me anything which made me nervous and a feeling as if I was judged right away without even interviewing me.
Very straightforward questions
Very well answered the company culture and how the position has a growth opportunity.
Sometime maybe interview for two sectors and walk through the sector to make them understand the company

Got a call from talent acquisition after applying, we talked after that she set a first interview and met with direct manger then met with a few team members, project manager and project Architect
