A recruiter emailed me about the position. Got contacted 2 months later to have a phone interview with Engineering Manager and HR Manager. Went well, and it was followed by an on-site interview with Engineering Manager and HR Manager.

Question 1
Questions, such as Why do you want to leave your current job, Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years, to What is the importance of learning how to do the work the Operators perform?, Give me an example of some previous improvements you've done in your career, etc.
First a phone screen and then in person. Very laid back. Spoke with management. Got a tour of the plant. Positive experience overall. Not a terrible interviewing process. They got back to me quickly.
