Brief phone interview, then an in person interview. Do not believe a word they tell you. They will say how everyone gets along, the company has great benefits, they really care about their employees. Not a single word of it is true. They will ask you inappropriate, possibly illegal, questions. All I can say is stay as far away from this company as possible.
