Interview

Took a very long time to set up the interview. Poor communication from Coram Voice. Eventually managed to set one up. 45 mins on a task then about 30 mins interview. They said they'd get back to me within a week and never responded to this day. Thought it was incredibly rude considering the task took so long. Very disappointing. Says alot about the charity.

One online Teams interview. I needed to send them a portfolio of my work beforehand, which would be briefly discussed during the interview. I was interviewed by two people, from memory I think one of them was the social media manager and the other was a senior communications lead.

Written test on specific service remit. Link person for the test was available and had a kind tone via email. Panel of three online, including the person currently in that post. Quite transactional, no feedback on answers. Traditional style. Asked about management style and that type of thing. Panel came across as friendly during introductions.
