Interview
Screening interview and then a formal interview with department manager. The interview was casual and relaxed. I had already met the interviewers when I was hired as a housekeeper. It was the best interview that I have ever had. I was ready for this job. I had to interview with my direct supervisor and then the department manager. I like how the expectations and job description was communicated very clearly and truthfully during the interview.
