Coppermine Fieldhouse interview questions

My interview took place 3 years ago and I gather the process is a bit different now. I arrived to Coppermine's Falls Road location 30 minutes early for my interview. I was greeted by Ben, who holding the fort at the front desk. My interview was with Erin. I had originally applied as a Camp Counselor for the gymnastics camp and had 1 year of previous experience as a camp counselor. Erin seemed to overlook my background and referred to my training and experience as "irrelevant". Coppermine's then job application asked perspective employees to detail their background in athletics, theater, childcare, and art. I did exactly but I guess Erin saw it differently.

The interviewer was very nice. She just wanted to get to know you. This is not a high-stress enviroment to work at. They know that they are better off being overstaffed then understaffed in the summer.
