Office is good. I was hope to join Copart even with a good offer from top company.but I am little disappointed with the process. I am full stack developer worked for a past 3 year in architecture design and development using angular, spring boot, zulu, eureka, PCF, ... I was called for face to face and given a written round with very basic java and sql questions (theory query) 3 marks each. I should answer those question like a colg grade. Our papers will be corrected and selection process starts. All written test questions were simple. Obviously I should know all those basic questions But writing down theory for 1.5 hours was tough for me. New division in Hyderabad. I hope they Have not figured out on their proper interview process. I went through some corrected papers the marking system is exactly like school level. All 3 marks questions people were getting half, one, one and half marks. With ticks , cross and spelling mistakes. I hope they will come up with a better process. On offer part I waited for 2 hours for correcting my paper. I got little frustrated and asked them regarding results. I was told I m selected for second round u will get a call in two days. I hope I get
