Very lengthy process that took about two months to complete. In the end, it took a total of seven interviews and a in-person presentation. Met with different departments within the agency and the current owners.

Interview
First a phone screening with the hiring manager, then a series of 45 minute interviews with different departments (creative, account, production, etc.). The interviews were all conducted remotely via Zoom.
