I was given a screening interview where they talked about my experience and projects I had worked on. Then I was given a technical interview with the team where I went more in depth on the projects I had worked on.

3 Stages, all people are very helpful. For the R&D internship they are looking for very motivated individuals that are also knowledgeable about materials science or demonstrate a fast learning ability.
