I got an internship at Coorstek for 6 month before hired as full time employee.
The internship provided great opportunity to learn the business. By the time I was interviewed for the full time job, I already knew most of my colleagues and supervisors. It was a very pleasant process.

Question 1
How would you handle the situation if you have the different view from your immediate supervisor?

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter. Then 2nd interview was with future supervisor. Phone interview was 30min. In person interview was about an hour. After the 2nd interview there was a 3rd interview with the department lead but I believe it was to make sure I was up for the job. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. I know the do panel interviews now so could be difficult.

Friendly HR and Management, straight to the point. I was introduced to the team, and was given a walk through office and of the responsibilities of job I was applying for.
