Coop Logistik interview questions

First a group interview with about 10 people, where you briefly describe yourself and your passions, why you would like to work there and your +/- sides, approx 40-60 min total. This interview was held with a in-house recruiter. An hour later a personal interview with three store managers. More based on personality and some very basic cases, eg. "I'm a customer who wants this and this, what do you say to me?" This second interview lasted no longer than 15-20 minutes based on lousy time management from the recruiters.
