Initial phone screen. Skype interviews by HR followed directly by hiring managers. Casual and conversational interview process to learn about previous experiences and determine the fit. They are willing to explain the projects you maybe assigned, to understand if there are overlapping skills they maybe interested in. The entire process might take more than few weeks.
