Psychometric tests and then face to face with head of projects and HR manager followed by 45 minute presentation with Head of projects and HR director which was fine. The final part, a chat with MD and HR director made me want to get away from the place ASAP. Such an ego, hates his staff and seems to enjoy firing people. I dodged a bullet. Didn’t even get a call to say I wasn’t successful

3 stage interview.
1. Initial call with internal recruiter.
2. Call with head of PMO.
3. Face to face assesment, presentation and interview.
After 3 rounds of interviews and traveling 2 hours to their office I was totally ghosted. The role is still advertised so not sure if it is real or they are just sourcing candidates.

Easy apply online, just send your CV in. Then complete cognitive and phychometric tests online, then an interview in the office with HR and head of PM section.
PM head was quite cold, didn't make me feel welcome or want to work with them. When interviewing, they need to remember that it's a two way street and that it's as much about whether the interviewee wants to work for you as whether you want them. I didn't leave feeling like I wanted to be there every day.

Interview
CV submission followed by PI Behaviour and Cognitive tests on line. Then an interview which was described as informal but followed a standard situational interview process. No mention of PI results made at the interview. If successful the next steps would have been a presentation followed by a further interview with the MD of the company and HR lead. A word of caution that the role described at the interview was not the one advertised, so best check in advance! A bit of wasted time on my part.
