Interview
Was invited for an interview which I thought went very well. The entire process up to that point was great and I was really excited about the job opportunity. I was told I will get feedback in 2 weeks.
However, it's been radio silence for over a month. I've sent emails & LinkedIn messages to follow up at two weeks intervals to 3 of their staff, all which went unanswered. Even if a decision is still being made, or there's been a delay, the polite thing to do would be to respond to my emails rather than ignore them.
The experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and would not recommend a company that feels it is too important to respond to potential employees. Means you will also likely be ignored as a staff!

The organisation do a lot of direct hirings from telephone interview to face to face internationally, across all the countries they are looking after.
Professional, friendly and experienced interview panel.
The interview time can take from 1week to 2 weeks and feedback after interview are given within sufficient time. Induction in a big part of the organisation and people understand the company values before starting working with Control Risks
