Interview
The interview process at ContinuEd was structured and fair, spanning about three weeks. It began with an initial interview with HR to go over the basics of the role and company. Next, I had a phone interview with a staff engineer and project manager, where they asked general technical questions about my skills as well as some get-to-know-you questions.
Following that, I was given a take-home coding assignment to complete. In the final stage, I had a 45-minute discussion about my take-home assignment, followed by a culture-fit interview. Throughout the process, everyone was respectful and friendly, making for a positive experience overall.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough and took about 3 weeks:
1) Initial phone interview with the HR director
2) Assigned critical reasoning assessment
3) Interview with the development manager and staff engineer regarding my experience with the technologies that will be used on the job
4) Take-home programming assignment
5) Birkman Questionnaire
6) Final interview with 6 other employees of various roles at the company. This interview consisted of introductions by the rest of the team along with technical and scenario questions, as well as general questions about how you work and who you are as a person.
Overall, everyone I interacted with throughout the process was very kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy working at the company. I received my offer 4 business days after the final interview. If you are looking to grow as a developer while also benefitting from a full-remote position then this is a great place to start!
