      Jun 3, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Continued in May 2026

      Interview

      1. Recruiter screen - General background, experience level with test framework development from scratch. 2. HR Manager - General background, info about the company and what they're looking for out of the role in general. 3. Quality Director - Test strategy, framework architecture discussions, sizing up technical depth. 4. Take home assessment - 2 hour max, use AI to develop a test framework for a public graphQL endpoint. Emphasis was on using AI and not trying to test everything. 5. Quality Director + multiple team members + Director of BE Engineering - Demo the test framework which was built and field technical questions related to it. 6. Quality Director + Director of BE Eng + Director of FE Eng + CTO - Significantly more information about the direction of the company, general culture questions, test strategy questions. 45+ minutes to ask my own questions. There was also a Birkman questionnaire and reference checks.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you prioritize what to test? How do you determine when to mock a 3rd party service vs hit the actual service? Tell me about a time when there was a coworker you disagreed with and how you handle that. How are you currently using AI in your development workflows? How frequently does your current employer perform releases?
