Interview
I went through an agency, which was very helpful along the way. They helped build my resume and walked me through the interview process and connected with me weekly. The interview process was no longer than 30 mins and it was accompanied with a company walk-through. Technical questions were asked related to usual lab practices: density, viscosity, etc. Everything else was behavioral.
