      Permitting Specialist Interview

      May 20, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Charlotte, NC
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Conterra Networks (Charlotte, NC) in May 2024

      Interview

Only apply if you have years of DOT permitting experience. They don't seem to look kindly on entry-level applicants nor those with a combination of experience and education. It was short and underwhelming. The interviewers kept their screens off (red flag for not being professional) and they didn't care much about my master's and experience as it pertains to the role. Only looking for seasoned professionals, not newcomers.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Do you or have you worked with the DOT?
