Bizarre. Had a screener with a third-party recruiter that took multiple weeks to schedule with multiple last-minute cancellations. Never received any feedback or communications from the company. Pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Question 1
Basic questions about emergency management experience, working with teams, any specialties within the field.
The interview process was pretty basic, however, the system they use makes you reenter your entire resume onto the site. This is pretty time-consuming and feels unnecessary. The questions they asked in the in-person interview were pretty straightforward.

I had a phone screening, and then a virtual interview with two people. They asked really interesting questions about early college and high school which surprised me.
They were really good at making me feel comfortable. Felt like talking to old friends!
