I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Consolidated Label (Sanford, FL) in May 2019
Interview
I had two phone interviews/screenings and one in-person interview. Each phone call was about 30 minutes and the in-person interview was 2 1/2 hours. I interviewed with the CEO of their sister company, Online Labels, the CEO of Consolidated Label, and the Marketing Manager who would be my direct reporting manager. Overall, the interviews were fine. I felt comfortable and at ease in them and was given a tour of the facilities after the final interview. They said they would be in touch and that they hoped we could make something work in the near future. After that, I didn't hear from them again. I followed up twice over the course of 10 days post-interview to thank them for their time and to see if they needed anything from me. I received no response to either of my messages. This is the only reason for the negative review. I feel as though if someone spends a total of 3 1/2 hours interviewing, plus personal time researching the company in preparation, a "sorry we're considering other options" is warranted. Considering I am already employed, I took time out of my workday to accommodate and a quick response would have been better received than dead air. Best of luck to this company in the future.
